School Councils

Our child-centred school councils meet regularly to discuss a wide variety of issues. When children have a suggestion, they make a note of this and add it to a display in the corridor. The associated council will take this forward and inform the school of the decisions that have been made. Through this democratic process, children practise lifelong skills such as sharing their thoughts, making decisions, taking responsibility and teamworking.
